Easter 2013
What a fun day. What started out as a rainy, cool day turned into being a beautiful day. We had so much fun with the family. Really, words don't do it justice...check out these precious memories and adorable faces...

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY!!!
Avery Mackenzie Lane,
You are 1 year old! Happy Birthday, sugar butt! You have stole our hearts this past year. You are a complete joy and blessing. We can't seem to remember what we did before you came along.
You are currently into every thing. You cruise the entire house and will be walking unassisted any day now. You now have six teeth - four on top and two on bottom. Yogurt and bananas are your favorite breakfast. Peas and carrots are still your go-to foods. Other than the occasional cold or teething, you still sleep through the night.
With Christmas just passed, we wanted to do something different for your birthday - something special that we thought you would really enjoy. You will chose a book (or Tupperware) any day over most toys, so we thought it would be awesome to have a Bookworm Birthday Bash. It was a huge success! I could not have asked for it to go any better.
We ate, socialized, opened books, read books, played outside (because it was 70 degrees in January). We had everyone sign Dr. Seuss' Happy Birthday To You book, so you can keep for years to come and when you read it, can remember who all was at your first birthday and all the kind, loving words they wrote. (And, Ann drew you some pictures! :))
Many people brought their favorite books, so we are writing in each book, who gave and who's favorite.
I'll let pictures explain most of it...because they are just too precious. Happy Birthday, babygirl. We love you to God's house and back!
